Aubrey and Marvin reminisced about earlier times of the Flying Club. Secretary’s Report: Motion to accept as read per Roger and seconded by Stan. Old Business: Grills: Joe introduced the possibility of using an industrial tool cart to place our new grill on for transport. Scott made a motion to utilize this cart. Further discussion ensued by Stan and Don to build a trailer for transporting our grill(s). Scott withdrew his motion. Stan is to contact Shawn for a snowmobile trailer. Motion to follow through on this per Stan and seconded by Aaron. A motion to purchase a second grill was made per Joe and seconded by Aubrey. Membership dues: Those who have not paid their dues will be taken off the mailing list. New Business: Fly-In: 6/4/06 at 0700-1200. Elite Air will give plane rides. Our date will be added to The Chamber of Commerce Calendar per Scott. Ron Dooley is extending an invitation to the people of Michigan Aeronautics and to Governor Jennifer Granholm. Joe a greed to co-chair the Dawn Patrol with John. Please contact Joe with any club or vendors members deem appropriate to enhance our breakfast. Our next meeting will be March 2, 2006 at 1830 in the Administration Building. We will have a pancake supper utilizing our new grill. Duane is to bring the pancake mix and we are to bring toppings. The Federal # is tabled until the next meeting. Motion to adjourn per Joe and seconded by Roger.
